Protective Covenants

• The floor area of any family residence shall not be less than 1600 square feet for one-story home and 1900 square feet for two-story or split-level homes.
• Exterior walls shall be of uniform construction of brick, stucco or stone. Vinyl siding may be used for exterior walls, if approved by the Architectural Control Committee on a case-by-case basis.
• If brick is used it must be either standard brick or Norman Brick.
• All windows on front and side facades must have wood or vinyl shutters.
• Plans must show a minimum of 8/12 roof pitch unless otherwise approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee.
